I made a note of my cramping pattern since iui... here's a small list: 1-2 dpiui soreness in ovary containing my dominant follicle. 3 dpiui : ovary pain continues, causing mild leg cramps. 4-5 dpiui : feeling "fullness" in the middle, mild kidney pain that comes and goes. Drank lots of water to keep it in control.
