13 speed eaton fuller transmission

When the range is in high and I split the gears, and splitter is in high position, the transmission makes a loud whining high pitch noise. Everything works fine, the noise just gets unbearable by the end of the day. Any one with suggestions on how to make the whining stop. Thanks, Glenn.

It's not 1600 ft/lbs as the first 2 numbers are the torque rating for Eaton. The rto16709 is a 9 speed tranny, it has helical cut gears that're stronger and much quieter. The rto12513 is a 13 speed tranny, but it has straight cut gears and is too loud.
