It will Transfer to your dealer on a tax free form 3 where you will then do the form 4. Our info is laser engraved under the front trunnion area on the receiver. My Form 1 SBRs are two ARs and two Scars. The ARs are both engraved on the side of the lower and the Scars are engraved on the side of the upper (all aluminum surfaces).
