Tour of Duty Question. So I'm trying to get another MOVSM after my upcoming deployment. Would a Deployment count as a tour of duty so when I come home it'll be another tour so I could get another MOVSM? Is it just commander's discretion at that point or am I gonna get shot down hard? 2.
