I talked with the Cadillac Customer Care. They ran test to find that they could not find my car in their system. He told me I need to have my GPS reset. I took it to Rancho Cadillac in Victorville, CA. They charged me $115 to do nothing because as soon as I got in my vehicle. The no GPS signal appeared.
