Chipotle app not giving points

The other location had theirs break about two weeks ago. I use the Chipotle app for points. No problem since the receipt info can be put in the app. So two weeks ago I had two receipts that the app never seemed to apply the points too. Corporate was nice enough (with proof of course) to add the points for me.
