Most of the FTE issues seem to be related to break-in, with the problems mostly going away after around 300 rounds have been fired through the gun as the chamber and moving parts break in.

Trying to rack the slide it goes back a tiny amount then is blocked by something, cannot rack no matter how much force apply backwards.
