Cow pasture mushrooms

The first picture was found in a North Carolina cow pasture. They were in the field. The second picture are of smaller mushrooms that I found growing directly out of cow dung. They may be babies ( I wouldn't know) but these are the only two I picked out of the many that were there. Gills: Gills for the first picture are grayish green.
