So I just recently redid these covenant grinds and for whatever, "From Soft Reasons" this did seem to make a difference I did the first 10 shackles normally before I stumbled on the post and then in the time it took me to get the first 10 I got the last 20 all in total about 3.5 hours grinding give or take for each covenant. The only item I had to farm enemies for was the Proof of Concord Kept because Darkmoon summons are stupidly rare. I made a mage build with those luck items and popped a Rusted Coin every time (~500 item discovery in total), then one-shot the Silver Knights with Affinity and Crystal Soul Spear. the best way is just to git gud. if you're not that good at invasions, it just takes practice and a build you're comfortable with.
