Generac load shed module led off

The led is off which says that there is no power going to the module. Don't go by the LED. Take a multimeter and test across the red and black terminals. You should have 240V arriving from your breaker box. If not then there is a break in the wiring but more likely your module is bad. Try swapping the module and see if the problem goes with it.

The manual has an insert that updates the behavior to lockout when the generator gets overloaded.
