I now currently have a Glock 30s and it is a bit thicker but with it's standard 10 round mag it's about the same grip length as my Shield and I get 3 more rounds.I have the G22Gen4, and the G23C. The G23C is a bit larger than the Defender, and being compensated, I dought that it is a valid comparison. Conceal ability is an issue since I'm not a large guy.
