The only difference is that the base level for a twin pregnancy will likely be much higher., Hcg is tricky because it can be indicative of multiples, but also can mean molar/ectopic if it’s super high- or just a singleton. The only real way to confirm if there is actually multiples is an ultrasound. With that said, here’s ours: Conception: 8/2. 8/16- 252.5 HCG. 8/18- 609 HCG. 8/25- 14,386 HCG, I had hcg levels of 10,000 at 5+1 and I’ve just seen my baby’s heartbeat at 7+1.
