Hcg levels at 4 weeks twins

Hey guys! I am currently 4 weeks today and got a blood draw yesterday at 3 weeks and 6 days. The HCG level came back as 163. Do y'all think that is a good level for where I am? I'm not sure if that's too low or if it is just right! My fertility doctor likes to see over 100 at 4 weeks but what matters more is the doubling rate.
