Honda crv beeps when walking away

My new 2wk old 2017 CRV EX-L AWD will not start! Nothing-dead-no lights, no sound. Awaiting Honda roadside asst. now. Has anyone heard of problems of this nature in these new ones?. Yesterday when walking away from the car it did multiple rapid beeps. And I don't mean the lock/unlock beep. Not sure what that is about.
