I want to thank everyone for thier advice I finally found the problem. I replaced the voltage rectifier and it solved the problem. Starts and runs fine. 110.00 later .total replaced carb. Coil. Plug. Cdi. Drained fuel tank and cleaned and replaced strainer. All for 110.00 and the voltage rectifier. Complete and running well.

It would make sense to remove the tank, drain it , clean the strainer then swap your pump. That way the line should be clear of any debris, and you will get full flow from tank to the pump., Any small engine fuel filter will work, like they use on mowers.
