Case received- August 3, 2018., EB2 I-485 No update since 8 weeks after transfer to NBC. I-140 & I-485 (AOS) Hello, I filed EB2 in Feb 2022. PD is current and I-140 is approved. On June 7th, 2022, my case was transferred from Texas service center to NBC. On June 8th, 2022, it was transferred again, and that office now has the jurisdiction over my case., Same, no updates. Transferred march 29th. Hello all! My 485 has been transferred to NBC from Nebraska on Mar 24 and no updates yet.
