Wounds in the game so far are too much of a "Set and forget" kind of deal, but I'm hoping there's a good mod that can fix that. Same with sicknesses. The only sickness you can actually get is a Cold, which is incredibly hard to get. I wish there were other sicknesses like proper fevers you can get (outside of the Knox Virus giving you a fever)
