I'm trying to locate the turn signal flasher relay. I installed some LED tail lights and was going to swap out the stock flasher for an electronic one (to prevent "hyper-flash") and I thought I had located it, but the plug (see attached) says "diagnostic" so I don't think that's it. Again my apologies if this is a rudimentary question.
