Is marikas hammer good

Looking for a mod that restores Marika's Hammer to its boss version. Any sources? As the title says. Please share any links if possible. If you're wanting a mod that overhauls the moveset to include moves that Radagon does then it doesn't exist atm. I'm not sure if doing that is possible with the tools we have for Elden right right now.
