Which results in a 1.5V drop at the fuel cutoff. Normal?? Does anyone know where I can get a wireing diagram so that I can trouble shoot the problem?

Just bought a used John Deere 6300 cab, power quad, 2wd with 2800 hours. I'm working through all the little nit-picky issues and the last is the rear wiper/washer are not working.
