What conditions is Ativan approved to treat?, Taking Lexapro, Buspar, and Ativan together. I’m currently taking 5mg of Lexapro once daily for anxiety and because I’m still having panic attacks and suicidal thoughts, my psychiatrist has prescribed me Buspar to help boost my medication. I also take Ativan .5 mg daily at night for anxiety attacks and to sleep.
