Lippert one control touch panel troubleshooting

When I went to the inside Lippert Panel, the "Leveling" display would not respond to my touch. Not to the right arrow, or any area touched in the Leveling display. I tired other displays, and they responded to my touch. The Lippert reps sent me to the One Control techs and they in turn brought me back to the Leveling techs.
