Marlin manufacture dates

My rifle pre-dates the HS prefix models and they were first made in 1932. The "S" prefix guns appeared in 1926 and HS appeared in 1932. I'd like to pin down which year in between my 39 was made. The "S" prefix Model 39 ( NO "A" )was from 1926-1932. That's about as close as you can get dating it.
