I have a Nagakiba+22 and which I changed to cold affinity using Ash of war, should scale with STR (D), DEX (B) and INT (C). But when I level up, its damages (both Physical and Magic) only increases with when I level up INT but not STR nor DEX .

Nagakiba is better but blood infusion is very bad at meta lvl, especially on innate bleed weapons. Run lighting nagakiba on dex or occult on arc. Blood is only good at max level. You had to get to close to some enemies with spam AoE attacks. I dont run a shield Im a quick strike katana or dagger with blood dtep player.
