I had minimal side effects for the first 2 weeks but now they seem to be getting more pronounced. I am down 10lbs (would have been more but I overdid the Holiday eating), and would love to keep losing but these effects are dragging me down. Type 2 diabetic here. I switched from 2 mg Ozempic last week due to supply constraints. My doctor started me on the 5 mg Mounjaro dose because (1) he wanted to make sure I didn't have any negative side effects from the switch and (2) he wasn't certain what the equivalent dose would be and decided to err on the side of caution.
