Screen is flashing on laptop

Jun 15, 2023 · mine happens on the left side maybe about every 3-5 minutes when I have used the laptop for a while. Is this the same for you guys? I sent the laptop to Microsoft explaining the issue, but because the flashing is rapid and occurs every 3-5 minutes, they didn't notice and reset the device and sent it back to me without any fix!
