I think the Photo is on a mirror. Initially I thought its right side. But yes, left side below rib cage is trapped gas pain. I get it relieved only upon farting, but on some days it just gets trapped and keeps travelling the whole abdomen, and causes bloating. Its a classic symptom of SIBO as far as I know (I am not a doctor though).
