Jun 9, 2023 · Great question! StubHub is legit, but despite many people having a good experience, the company still has a dismal Trust Pilot rating of just 1.6 stars! Most of the negative StubHub reviews are about people not receiving their paper or mobile tickets and therefore missing their event.
