Truist credit card problems

Solotime93. I called them and they claim that they’re investigating my claim. But no updates. I am about to close the account since they aren’t helpful like BB&T was. On November 02 I saw an unauthorized charge for $161. I called my bank and they cancelled the card and disputed the charge.
