My opinion on Usopp. It's probably been stated before but I personally don't have a problem with usopp cowardice. If you re read all the back stories of the strawhats usopp is the only one who never experienced life threatening moments before he joined the crew. Luffy was raised in the jungle and risked his life with ace and sabbo.

His whole arc is about him becoming a brave warrior, but because Oda measures bravery as acting like Luffy/Zoro and never feeling fear in any situation, it means that even though Usopp is technically being brave by still going on the island, fighting the opponent, etc in spite of his fear, he's always gonna be overshadowed by the majority of the crew.
