Xfinity Modem xb7 "solid orange" not blinking no connection. Can you help me what solid orange means its not blinking only solid orange no internet connection. I tried troubleshooting it unplugging it for 30sec and resetting doesnt work. We have made changes to keep employees safe so response and call times may be longer than usual.
